That depends on the terms of disbursement of the trust
fund. You may refer to the trustee, and
he has to show you these terms, as the beneficiary. In most cases, the beneficiary receives the
entirety of the trust upon reaching the age of majority. However, the settlor of the trust can put up
different conditions, such as lump sum payments at specific milestones, a
stipend for the rest of the beneficiary’s life until the fund is exhausted, or
any number of stipulations.
