Quora Answer: How Do You Put Toastmasters on a Resume?

The following is my answer to a Quora question: “How do you put Toastmasters on a resume?” 

You put it under skills.  You list your accomplishments, such as levels and Pathway.  Explain what they are.  You list any contest wins, event appointments and any positions held on the club Executive Committee and District positions, such as Area Director. 

You want to demonstrate that you have independently sought executive leadership development for yourself, that you have worked at improving your communication skills, and your appointments are a demonstration of your management calibre and networking.
