Since Berkshire Hathaway is publicly traded, this is not difficult to find out.  Based on SEC filings, to date, and other data to correlate, Warren Edward Buffet owns 30.7% percent of the stock, through his aggregate voting power; and he owns 16.5% of its economic interest.  This makes him the single largest shareholder.
