The following is my answer to a Quora question: “What is your financial advice for people in 2019?”
My financial advice for people who are serious in investing and liability mitigation, is to find a good financial services consultant. What you are doing, is essentially interviewing for someone who would be your finance director for your assets. It is never wise to take on the first insurance agent that happens along. People send time searching for a good doctor, lawyer or accountant, but they do not exercise enough discernment and discretion when it comes to financial consultants.
