From 01st April 2021, AIA will provide coverage of up to $50 per consultation for medication, consultation, and delivery fees, subject to a S$5 co-pay, for the first 10,000 video consultations via WhiteCoat. Thereafter, customers may continue to enjoy WhiteCoat services at a negotiated flat fee of S$12 per video consultation. This benefit is available to all AIA HealthShield Gold Max customers, regardless of whether they hold a rider and there is no annual usage limit per customer.
Please note that the WhiteCoat benefit for AIA HealthShield Gold Max is only applicable for video consultations by AIA HealthShield Gold Max life insured with a general practitioner. The negotiated flat fee of S$12 per video consultation excludes GST, medication, delivery charges, and any other fees where applicable.
