On the 01st October 2019, I was at Eagle Star &
AET Toastmasters Club, as language evaluator.
This was my 74th club visit on the 93rd day of the
Toastmaster year.
The Toastmaster of the Day was Jackie Lin Feng. The installation officer was Patrick Oei Kian Seng. The timer was Julie Ong P. S. The ah counter was Vimal Kumar. The table topics master was Albert Khor
This was the installation of the club officers. Eagle Star & AET Toastmasters Club is
newly chartered. There were no project
speeches, and project evaluations.
The CEOs of both Eaglestar Marine Holdings (Singapore)
Pte. Ltd., Capt. Raja Sager Muniandy; and AET Tankers Pte. Ltd., Capt. Rajalingam
Subramaniam, were present. Each of them
spoke a few words, and expressed their hope that staff participation in the
Toastmasters programme would make them effective communicators, and better
leaders.
