The following is my answer to a Quora question: “Does Toastmasters help with public speaking?”
The Toastmasters programme is geared towards helping people become
better public speakers, as an aspect of leadership. Joining a good club, getting a competent
mentor, and taking up appointment roles in meetings guarantees that by the end
of the completion of one Pathway programme, you will be a competent, confident
speaker.
